# 巴克 1798 集团：股份简称更改为 “天玺曜 11”

> 巴克 1798 集团宣布更改公司股份简称为 “天玺曜 11”。公司的英文名称由 “Balk 1798 Group Limited” 改为 “Sky Blue 11 Company Limited”，中文名称由 “巴克 1798 集团有限公司” 改为 “天玺曜 11 有限公司”。股份简称也随之更改，英文简称由 “BALK 1798 GP” 变为 “SKY BLUE 11”，中文简称由 “巴克 1798 集团” 变为 “天玺曜 11”。公司股份代号仍为 “1010”。

智通财经 APP 讯，巴克 1798 集团 (01010) 发布公告，继股东于 2024 年 1 月 11 日举行的股东特别大会上以特别决议案方式批准更改公司名称后，百慕达公司注册处处长已发出更改名称证书及第二名称证书，证明公司的英文名称已由 “Balk 1798 Group Limited” 更改为 “Sky Blue 11 Company Limited”，而公司的中文第二名称已由 “巴克 1798 集团有限公司” 更改为 “天玺曜 11 有限公司”，两者均自 2024 年 1 月 17 日起生效。

香港公司注册处处长已于 2024 年 2 月 21 日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认公司的新英文名称 “Sky Blue 11 Company Limited” 及新中文名称 “天玺曜 11 有限公司” 已分别根据香港法例第 622 章公司条例第 16 部注册。

更改公司名称后，自 2024 年 4 月 5 日上午九时正起，就公司股份于联交所买卖而言，公司的英文股份简称将由 “BALK 1798 GP” 更改为 “SKY BLUE 11”，而中文股份简称将由 “巴克 1798 集团” 更改为 “天玺曜 11”。公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为 “1010”。
