# 诺辉健康：刘毅基获委任为独立非执行董事

智通财经 APP 讯，诺辉健康 (06606) 发布公告，刘毅基及吴永蒨已获委任为独立非执行董事，自 2024 年 4 月 8 日起生效。

董事会已议决成立独立特别委员会，由余丹柯、吴虹、李国栋、刘毅基及吴永蒨组成，并由刘毅基担任主席。独立特别委员会的主要职责为 (i) 审查、完善和确定调查范围;(ii) 承担并监督调查的进行;(iii) 在其认为合理必要或适当的情况下保留独立第三方专业机构协助调查;(iv) 向董事会报告其调查结果;及 (v) 就将予采取的适当行动 (如有) 向董事会提出建议。
