# 中国石油股份选举方庆及王斌全担任职工代表监事

> 中国石油股份发布公告，廖国勤及付斌因工作变动辞去公司职工代表监事职务，方庆及王斌全当选新的职工代表监事。

智通财经 APP 讯，中国石油股份 (00857) 发布公告，因工作变动原因，廖国勤及付斌已向公司提交辞呈，辞任公司职工代表监事职务，该等辞任即日生效。

根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和《中国石油天然气股份有限公司章程》，公司职工代表民主选举方庆及王斌全担任公司职工代表监事，该等任期即日生效直至第九届监事会任期届满为止。方庆及王斌全不会就担任公司职工代表监事而向公司收取任何酬金。
