# 中港石油：刘晓汀将获委任为首席财务官及公司秘书

> 刘晓汀将被任命为中港石油的首席财务官及公司秘书，取代辞职的李兆彬。此举将于 2024 年 7 月 2 日生效。

智通财经 APP 讯，中港石油 (00632) 发布公告，自 2024 年 7 月 2 日起，(i) 李兆彬辞任公司首席财务官及公司秘书;(ii) 刘晓汀将获委任为公司首席财务官及公司秘书。

李先生将不再担任根据联交所证券上市规则第 3.05 条所规定的公司授权代表，以及根据香港法例第 622 章公司条例代表公司于香港接受任何将向公司送达的法律程序文件或通知的公司授权代表，而刘女士将获委任为上市规则及公司条例所规定的授权代表，自 2024 年 7 月 2 日起生效。
