# SEACON subsidiary plans to sell a vessel for $13.8 million

According to the news from the Securities Times app, SEACON (02409) announced that on July 12, 2024 (after the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the seller Seacon Peru Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an agreement with the buyer PT Primatama Energi Mandiri. Under this agreement, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the vessel for a price of 13.8 million US dollars. The vessel is a bulk carrier with a total tonnage of 33,054 tons, built by Zhoushan COSCO Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2010
