# 传私募巨头 KKR 拟以 30 亿美元估值出售机械生产商 Kito Crosby

> 私募巨头 KKR 正在考虑出售机械生产商 Kito Crosby，估值约 30 亿美元。Kito Crosby 销售起重、索具、运输和安全操作等产品和服务。KKR 尚未做出最终决定，可能会保留 Kito Crosby。

智通财经 APP 获悉，据知情人士透露，私募股权巨头 KKR(KKR.US) 正在考虑出售机械生产商 Kito Crosby，并正在与一家顾问合作以运作拍卖程序。其中一位知情人士表示，KKR 正在为 Kito Crosby 寻求约 30 亿美元的估值，这家机械生产商的息税折旧摊销前利润 (EBITDA) 约为 2.5 亿美元，预计估值最高可达这一数字的 13 倍 (即 32.5 亿美元)。  

Kito Crosby 销售一系列产品和服务，包括用于从石油和天然气到食品加工等行业的起重、索具、运输和安全操作，旗下品牌包括 Crosby、Harrington 和 Peerless。知情人士表示，预计 Kito Crosby 将吸引其他发起人和业内同行的兴趣。他们补充称，KKR 尚未就出售事宜做出最终决定，可能会选择保留 Kito Crosby。

据悉，KKR 最初于 2013 年投资 Crosby Group，以 10 亿美元的价格从 Melrose Industries 和 Acco materials Handling solutions 手中收购了 Crosby Group。随后 KKR 在 2023 年领导了对 Kito 的私有化，并将这些业务合并为 Kito Crosby。与 KKR 投资的许多公司一样，Kito Crosby 也有一个员工持股计划，在未来的任何出售中，其 4000 名员工都可以分享收益。
