According to CME's "Fed Watch" on July 31st, the probability of the Fed maintaining interest rates unchanged this week is 95.9%, while the probability of a 25 basis point rate cut is 4.1%. The probability of the Fed maintaining interest rates unchanged until September is 0%, with cumulative rate cuts of 25 basis points at 86.8%, 50 basis points at 12.8%, and 75 basis points at 0.4%
