# Honor: Implementing stock system reform in the fourth quarter and will launch IPO at the appropriate time

In response to the rumors related to listing, Honor stated: Always adhere to the development principle of openness and transparency, and will also continue to diversify the equity structure. Honor plans to launch the corresponding shareholding reform in the fourth quarter of this year, and will initiate the IPO process at the appropriate time thereafter. Honor will disclose relevant financial data during the process.
