# XPENG-W: SOP delivery has occurred and approximately 4.6364 million shares have been issued to DiDi as consideration shares

According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, XPENG-W (09868) announced that the intelligent car development business assets of DiDi Global Inc. and the first delivery have been completed. The company started production of the mass-produced vehicle Mona on July 30, 2024, for sale and delivery to ordinary customers, thus achieving the milestones under the share purchase agreement. Starting from August 1, 2024, the first batch of exhibition vehicles of the intelligent pure electric coupe XPENG MONA M03 have successively arrived at XPeng's showrooms nationwide. Accordingly, the SOP delivery occurred on August 13, 2024.

According to the share purchase agreement, the company has issued and distributed 4,636,447 shares of Class A common stock to DiDi as consideration shares for the SOP, accounting for approximately 0.24% of the company's issued and outstanding share capital after the expansion of the share capital through the issuance for the SOP consideration shares
