# Pinduoduo launches technology service fee refundable rights

On August 13th, it was learned that Pinduoduo will offer a refundable technical service fee benefit to merchants participating in the on-site resource activity. During the event, merchants can enjoy the benefit of refunding the technical service fee for canceled or refunded orders during the event, as well as refunded orders after confirmation of receipt, further reducing the operating costs for merchants
