# Demanding compensation of one million RMB! Li Auto sues video blogger, claiming that his work "defames and insults MEGA"

Recently, automotive video blogger "Dong Lao Si Shuo Che" released a video stating that he had received a response notice from the Wujin District Court in Changzhou City. Li Auto Co., Ltd. in Beijing sued him for the video he previously released about Li Auto MEGA, which led to damage to MEGA's image and a decline in sales. The company demanded that the blogger issue a public apology and compensate for 1 million RMB in economic losses. In response, Li Auto stated that the video released by the blogger contained a large amount of insulting information that defamed the brand and the MEGA model, causing serious harm to the company. Currently, the case is in the process of being heard in court, and it is inconvenient to provide more detailed information
