# 联通中期赚 138 亿增长 11.3%

> 中国联通（762）上半年净利润达 138 亿元，同比增长 11.3%。营业收入增长至 1973 亿元，年增 2.9%，EBITDA 为 550 亿元，年增 2.7%。派发每股中期股息 0.2481 元，增 22.2%。尽管经营活动现金流净额减少，资本开支 239 亿元，年跌 13.4%。国际业务表现改善，用户总数突破 10 亿，其中移动用户达 3.4 亿，物联网联接超过 5.6 亿，5G 套餐用户渗透率超过 80%。

中国联通（762）上半年公司营业收入稳步增长至 1973 亿元 (人民币，下同)，按年增长 2.9%，税息折旧及摊销前利润 (EBITDA) 达 550 亿元，按年增长 2.7%。净利润达 138 亿元，按年增长 11.3%。派发中期股息每股 0.2481 元 (税前)，同比增长 22.2%。

联通上半年经营活动现金流量净额为 292.9 亿元，扣除期内资本开支后自由现金流为 53.9 亿元，该集团首席财务官李玉焯于业绩发布会上表示，主要因期内经营活动净现金流减少 90 亿元，而资本开支则较预期多。

**资本开支较预期多**

联通上半年资本开支 239 亿元，按年跌 13.4%，料全年开支为 650 亿元，按年跌 12%。联通高级副总裁唐永博称，资本开支主要用于技术提升，技术更新，淘汰落后的设备，但资本开支占收入比会下降。

联通董事长兼首席执行官陈忠岳表示，上半年国际业务比过去两年表现更好，指联通要做好国际化经营，因为市场空间及潜力大，而公司有条件和基础去扩充至不同国际市场。

公司的联网用户的规模和价值实现「双提升」，联接数量上半年净增近 8000 万，总规模突破 10 亿。其中，移动用户净增超 600 万户，总用户达到 3.4 亿户，净增规模创近五年同期新高；物联网联接数超过 5.6 亿；宽带用户继续稳步增长，达到 1.17 亿户，其中融合用户突破 8000 万户。用户结构进一步优化，5G 套餐用户渗透率超过 80%，千兆宽带用户渗透率超过 25%，融合用户 ARPU 达到 103 元。
