# EAST BUY discloses undistributed surplus profits with Huitong: Dong Yuhui personally 129 million yuan

On the evening of August 23, EAST BUY disclosed for the first time the specific reward amount received by departing anchor Dong Yuhui. EAST BUY disclosed in the annual report the post-event matters, stating that the company's CEO, Yu Minhong, has been approved by the board of directors and the remuneration committee to allocate undistributed profits to Dong Yuhui from Hui Tongxing Technology Co., Ltd. as a reward for Dong Yuhui's significant contributions to the success of Hui Tongxing. As previously announced, the unaudited net profit of Hui Tongxing is approximately RMB 141 million, of which approximately RMB 129 million can be allocated to Dong Yuhui. According to applicable Chinese laws, the remaining difference of approximately RMB 12 million will be retained by Hui Tongxing
