# "Huang Jiaozhu" continues to sell NVIDIA shares, cashing out $27.6 million at the end of August and early September

According to the documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA (NVDA.US), sold company stocks worth $27.6 million in a series of transactions on August 30 and September 3.

These transactions are related to the 10b5-1 trading plan passed in March 2024.

The selling prices of the stocks ranged from $107.30 to $120.99.

As per the documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Jensen Huang sold stocks worth approximately $61 million in July and another $169 million worth of stocks in the last week of June.

Jensen Huang still holds over 76 million shares of the company
