# DBS Group Holdings Ltd expects an increase in personal and corporate financial activities

星展集團副行政總裁兼集團全球企業銀行業務主管陳淑珊表示，隨着環球利率下行，相信個人和企業的金融活動都會增加。當中，新能源、電動車、科技和電訊行業的貸款需求會較為明顯。

星展北亞區主管及星展香港行政總裁龐華毅 (Sebastian Paredes) 稱，內地利率同樣在下行周期之中，加上香港作為內地對接海外市場的橋樑，都能幫助星展香港吸納更多內地個人和企業客戶。

他透露，今年月均來自大灣區的個人財富管理和中小企新開客戶數目，都能保持數百個。

另外，星展集團即將更換行政總裁，面對複雜多變的宏觀環境，多間大型銀行都正醞釀重組架構和精簡人手，行政總裁高博德 (Piyush Gupta) 強調，該行營運以至滙報結構都相對簡單，而且集團重視長遠人才培訓，所以無意重組，而其較同業好的收入到開支比率可以說明。
