# SANERGY GROUP: Adriaan Johannes Basson appointed as executive director

According to the news from Wisdom Finance App, SANERGY GROUP (02459) announced that, effective from October 4, 2024, Zheng Honghe has resigned as a non-executive director. After resigning as a non-executive director, Zheng Honghe will no longer serve as a member of the board's Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee; and Adriaan Johannes Basson has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee
