# Jia Yueting and others establish an IP company, and their personal income will be used to repay debts and support Faraday Future Intelligent Electric

On October 9th, "Grow! Strivers" company announced its official registration in the United States and China. The company was established by a group of partners from China and the United States, currently consisting of more than 10 core members from industries such as the internet, automotive, and video. Jia Yueting is the founding partner and founding IP of the company. Jia Yueting stated that he will donate 10% of his personal shares in the company to Faraday Future Intelligent Electric. After this action, FF will hold 10% of the company's shares, and Jia Yueting's shareholding will be reduced to 7%. He also mentioned that 50% of all future profits obtained in the company will be invested in FF, with the remaining 50% used to repay domestic debts. The profits from investing in FF will also be primarily used for debt repayment in the future
