# Tesla night trading once rose 2.4%, heavyweight live broadcast in progress

During the U.S. stock night trading session, Tesla's stock price surged by 2.4% at one point, currently up by approximately 1.4%:

Tesla held a "Robotaxi Day" event at Warner Bros. Studios in Hollywood, showcasing the Cybercab prototype.

Earlier on Thursday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded positively to a user's suggestion of launching a two-seater network taxi, stating that it is reasonable as most vehicle trips in the U.S. are for one or two passengers
