According to reports, amid falling stock prices and slowing demand for electric vehicles, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has restructured the company's operations in North America and Europe, appointing Ommeed Afshar to lead operations in these regions. The 37-year-old Afshar, seen as Musk's confidant, currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Manufacturing. It is reported that Afshar has taken on some responsibilities previously held by Tesla's Senior Vice President, Zhu Xiaotong, and will report directly to Musk
