Silverlake Axis (**SG:5CP**) has released an update.

Silverlake Axis Ltd. is the target of a voluntary unconditional offer by E2I Ltd., backed by United Overseas Bank Limited. The offer aims to acquire all ordinary shares of Silverlake Axis, excluding those already owned by the offeror or held as treasury shares. The offer has reached over 75% acceptance from independent shareholders.
