# SIPAI HEALTH: The trustee has purchased a total of 29.2802 million shares according to the 2023 stock incentive plan

According to the announcement from Sipai Health (00314) on the Zhitong Finance APP, the company has been informed by the trustee that as of the date of this announcement, the trustee has purchased a total of 29.2802 million shares in the market, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 195 million (including 12.7152 million shares purchased between October 31, 2023, and January 18, 2024), representing approximately 3.84% of the total number of shares issued by the company as of the date of this announcement. The shares purchased will be used as rewards for eligible participants under the 2023 share incentive plan to encourage them to contribute to the group. As of the date of this announcement, the company has not granted any shares under this plan
