In pre-market trading, Chinese concept stocks are generally up, with Li Auto rising more than 4%, XPeng and JD.com up more than 2%. Most tech stocks are up slightly, with Google, Nvidia, AMD, and others edging higher, while Tesla is down 1.6% and Apple is down 1.3%
