# 香港潮商集团拟更名为 “新质数字科技有限公司”

> 香港潮商集团计划于 2024 年 10 月 10 日的股东特别大会上更名为 “新质数字科技有限公司”。更名将在 2024 年 10 月 21 日生效，届时公司英文名称将由 “Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited” 更改为 “Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited”，中文名称也将相应更改。新简称 “MODERN INNO DT” 和 “新质数字” 将于 2024 年 11 月 15 日生效，股份代号 “2322” 保持不变。

智通财经 APP 讯，香港潮商集团 (02322) 发布公告，于 2024 年 10 月 10 日举行的股东特别大会上获股东批准后，百慕达公司注册处处长已发出更改名称证书及第二名称证书，证明公司英文名称由 “Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited” 更改为 “Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited”，而公司中文第二名称由 “香港潮商集团有限公司” 更改为 “新质数字科技有限公司”，二者均于 2024 年 10 年 21 日生效。

于更改公司名称生效后，股份将以新中英文简称 “MODERN INNO DT” 及 “新质数字” 在联交所买卖，而现有中英文简称 “HK CHAOSHANG GP” 及 “香港潮商集团” 将不再使用，自 2024 年 11 月 15 日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号 “2322” 维持不变。
