> 宜明昂科因大折让配股，股价一度下跌 11.2%，最低见 7.48 元，现报 7.75 元，跌幅 8%。公司配售 3315 万股新股，每股配售价 7.05 元，集资约 2.34 亿元，折让约 16.27%。配售所得款项将用于非小细胞肺癌及三阴性乳腺癌的临床研究、晚期实体瘤的研究及补充营运资金。

大折让配股的宜明昂科 (01541)，股价应声下泻，一度低见 7.48 元，挫 11.2%，新造 7.75 元，仍急跌 8%，成交有 1320 万元。

集团公布，配售 3315 万股新股，每股配售价 7.05 元，集资约 2.34 亿元。

配售价较上日收市价折让约 16.27%；配售股份相当于扩大后已发行股本约 9.5%。

该公司表示，拟将配售所得款项净额约 30% 用于为在中国进行 IMM2510 联合化疗一线治疗非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 和三阴性乳腺癌 (TNBC) 以及治疗其他实体瘤的 Ib/II 期及进一步临床研究提供资金；约 30% 用于为在中国进行 IMM2510 联合 IMM27M 治疗晚期实体瘤的 Ib 期及进一步临床研究提供资金；约 10% 用于为在中国进行 IMM01(替达派西普) 与阿扎胞苷联合疗法以及 IMM01(替达派西普) 与替雷利珠单抗联合疗法的关键性临床研究提供资金；约 30% 将用于补充公司营运资金，并作一般企业用途。
