# 年营收冲千亿 山姆中国总裁宣布退休 任期内曾推动会员费从 150 元涨到 260 元

据多家媒体报道，近日，沃尔玛中国总裁兼 CEO 朱晓静发送全体员工内部信，内部信中提及山姆会员店重要人事变动。沃尔玛中国也向媒体证实了有关人事任命。根据任命函件，沃尔玛中国副首席执行官兼山姆会员店总裁文安德将于 2025 年 1 月 31 日退休，由现沃尔玛国际部营运高级副总裁 Jane Ewing 代理他的职务。2016 年，在文安德力推下，山姆中国的会籍费用从 150 元/年涨至 260 元/年。而会费升级前后，山姆中国也做了大量的工作以提升会员的购物体验，这提升了会员的续卡率。截至 2023 年 9 月，山姆会员平均每年在山姆消费 13000 元，年续卡率稳定在 60% 以上。
