As of the time of writing, RONSHINECHINA (03301) rose by 7.23% to HKD 0.445; CIFI HOLD GP (00884) increased by 6.06% to HKD 0.35; AGILE GROUP (03383) climbed by 3.7% to HKD 0.84; R&F Properties (02777) went up by 3.18% to HKD 1.62; and Sunac China (01918) rose by 2.46% to HKD 2.5. In terms of news, Huatai Securities stated that the monthly sales amount of the top 100 real estate companies in November decreased by 7.0% year-on-year and 17.9% month-on-month. As the stimulating effect of new policies gradually diminishes, new home sales have retreated from their high levels but still increased by 33% compared to September. The firm believes that December is a traditional performance sprint month for real estate companies, and their willingness to supply will increase. Coupled with the possibility that some real estate companies may conduct year-end promotions to boost performance, it is expected that the new home market may experience a wave of tail-end momentum in December. It is worth mentioning that the time window for two major meetings at the end of the year is approaching. CITIC Securities pointed out that under the goal of stabilizing and stopping the decline, policies are still in a concentrated period of introduction and implementation, including urban village renovations, restrictions on land acquisitions, and demand-side policy relaxations.
