# 摩根士丹利中国首席经济学家邢自强：特朗普 2.0 关税影响要比 2018、19 年温和

> 摩根士丹利中国区首席经济学家邢自强在「Alpha 峰会」上表示，特朗普 2.0 版本的关税政策对中国经济和企业的影响将远低于 2018~2019 年的第一轮关税。这是因为中国企业在过去六年中实现了多元化和升级。

在华尔街见闻和中欧国际工商学院联合主办的「Alpha 峰会」上，摩根士丹利中国区首席经济学家邢自强表示，这一轮特朗普 2.0 版本的关税政策，对中国经济、中国企业和产业链的影响都会远远小于 2018~2019 年的第一轮关税。因为在过去六年多的时间，中国企业实现了两点：一个是多元化，另一个是升级。
