智通财经 APP 讯，天津银行 (01578) 发布公告，2024 年 12 月 20 日，该行与广州晶东贸易有限公司、网银在线 (北京) 商务服务有限公司、中国对外经济贸易信托有限公司、天津经济技术开发区国有资产经营有限公司、Home Credit N.V.、捷信消金签订协议，据此，该行将出资人民币 5 亿元，投资捷信消金 (捷信消费金融有限公司)。

公告称，投资捷信消金，有利于该行拓展普惠金融客群、增强普惠金融发展能力，在新发展格局中与其他投资者相互促进、协同发展，推进专业化市场化运营、创新金融产品以及提升盈利能力等，有助于该行在激烈的市场竞争中保持竞争优势，实现可持续发展。因此，董事认为，协议条款属公平合理，并符合该行及股东的整体利益。
