# Shanghai: By the end of 2025, strive to achieve a city-wide intelligent computing power scale exceeding 100 EFLOPS

The General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Artificial Intelligence 'Molding Shanghai'." By the end of 2025, a world-class artificial intelligence industry ecosystem will be established, aiming for the city's intelligent computing power scale to exceed 100 EFLOPS, forming about 50 demonstrative applications with significant results in industry open corpus, building 3-5 large model innovation acceleration incubators, and establishing a number of empowering centers and vertical model training grounds that collaborate upstream and downstream.
