Micron Tech rose 6.4%, Taiwan Semiconductor ADR rose 5.1%, Tesla rose 2.7%, Nvidia rose 2.7%, C3.ai rose 2.2%, and Apple rose 0.5%. Chinese concept stocks XPeng rose about 2.9%, Nio rose about 2.1%, while Li Auto fell over 1%, Kingsoft Cloud fell 1.6%, and the Chinese concept ETF YINN rose 2%. Apple has postponed its plan to use Taiwan Semiconductor's 2-nanometer chips, which may be delayed until 2026 for the iPhone 18 series. The yield rate of Taiwan Semiconductor's 2-nanometer process is currently only 60%, leading to high costs. Truist analysts lowered Tesla's target price from $360 to $351, maintaining a "hold" rating.
