# Sunac China seeks a second restructuring of its offshore debt, with a preliminary plan expected as early as March

According to The Paper, Sunac China will undergo a second offshore debt restructuring, with a preliminary restructuring plan expected as early as March. Some creditors have stated that Sunac China has informed them that it may be unable to make timely payments on the US dollar bonds maturing in September 2025. The company is exploring alternative solutions, but no plan has been formed yet
