# U.S. stock market opens: The three major U.S. stock indices opened lower, NVIDIA rose by about 2%

The S&P 500 index opened up 1.63 points, an increase of 0.03%, at 5910.66 points;

The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up 13.74 points, an increase of 0.03%, at 42542.10 points;

The Nasdaq Composite Index opened down 20.31 points, a decrease of 0.10%, at 19469.37 points.

NVIDIA rose 1.7%, Amazon rose 0.3%, Micron Technology rose 1%, and Apple fell 0.2%. Google A and C3.ai fell over 1%.

Chinese concept stock NetEase rose about 1%, while Alibaba, Pinduoduo, Li Auto, Bilibili, and XPeng fell over 1%. The Chinese concept ETF YANG rose about 2.7%, while YINN fell 3.1%
