# HCLC: The company's controlling shareholder intends to change to Chao Sheng Chan Tou Group

HCLC announced that the company's controlling shareholder, the asset management company, intends to transfer its 12% stake in the company to Chao Sheng Chan Tou Group without compensation. The shareholder market service center plans to transfer its 18.36% stake in the company to Chao Sheng Chan Tou Group without compensation. After the completion of this state-owned equity transfer, the company's controlling shareholder will change from the asset management company to Chao Sheng Chan Tou Group, while the actual controller remains unchanged, still being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Haining City People's Government. Chao Sheng Chan Tou Group has signed relevant agreements for the transfer of shares without compensation with the asset management company and the market service center. This change in controlling shareholder will not adversely affect the company's normal production and operations
