Hilmer, and Jason Ewart (collectively referred to as "Defendants") by filing a motion for default judgment in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Suffolk County. Key Points of the Motion: The Defendants failed to respond within the required timeframe, causing substantial professional and financial damages to Melrose Group.
