【信报财经新闻】彭博引述知情人士报道，在收入大幅增长后，摩根士丹利今年提高亚洲一些顶尖投资银行家的奖金，幅度最高为 40%。

知情人士称，大摩将其亚洲高级员工的奖金平均提高近 20%，以弥补前一年微薄的奖金。而印度和澳洲等市场表现最佳的员工，奖金将上调 30% 至 40%。

据称，大摩去年来自亚洲投资银行和资本市场 (不包括日本) 的收入增长约 50%，逾 6 亿美元，其奖金池增加约 20%。相比之下，摩根大通该地区高级银行家的奖金平均增幅在个位数到 10%。
