# ZHONGTIAN SERVICE issued a profit warning, expecting a year-on-year decline in net profit of 51.53%-66.86% for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHONGTIAN SERVICE (002188.SZ) released its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to be between RMB 6.7 million and RMB 9.8 million, a year-on-year decrease of 51.53% to 66.86%. This year, due to compensation and provisions related to investor lawsuits against the company for false securities statements, approximately RMB 26 million will be recorded as non-operating expenses, which is classified as non-recurring gains and losses
