Smartsheet, based in Bellevue, Washington, revealed today that it has been acquired by Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners for about $8.4 billion. The acquisition, which was initially disclosed on September 24, 2024, was sanctioned by Smartsheet stockholders on December 9, 2024.
