# Synchrony Financial 的首席财务官预计关于消费者金融保护局（CFPB）信用卡逾期费用规则的诉讼将会继续

纽约，2 月 10 日（路透社）- Synchrony Financial（SYF.N）首席财务官布莱恩·温泽尔在周一的金融会议上表示，他预计与消费者金融保护局关于信用卡逾期费用的相关诉讼将会持续。

温泽尔表示：“关于逾期费用的诉讼将会继续，我们将在未来几个月内看到新政府和消费者金融保护局新领导层对此的看法。再说一次，我们无法控制这一点，我们只能对此做出反应。”

到目前为止，该公司与监管机构的关系没有发生变化。

温泽尔表示：“我们保持低调。我们对消费者金融保护局非常尊重。” 他补充说，信用卡公司将这一关系视为 “照常营业。”
