中播数据 (00471.HK) 公布，2025 年 2 月 11 日，公司与认购人订立有关认购合共 570 万股新股份的认购协议，相当于经扩大股份约 5.98%，以每股认购股份 0.85 港元认购价计算，总代价约为 484.5 万港元。认购价较于 2025 年 2 月 11 日 (即认购协议日期) 收市价每股股份 0.82 港元溢价约 3.66%。预计所得款项净额 (扣除开支后) 将约为 476.5 万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金，预计将用约 200 万港元用于支付专业费用；及约 280 万港元用于支付员工薪金、办公室租金、其他经营及水电费开支，预计于 2025 年 6 月前获悉数动用。
