# The first bank wealth management company in the Year of the Snake has been approved, CZBANK Wealth Management officially announces its opening

The first important financial institution approved in the Year of the Snake, Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management, a wealth management subsidiary controlled by CZBANK, has recently been approved to commence operations.

This is the 32nd bank wealth management company to open in the industry and the first national joint-stock bank wealth management subsidiary registered in Zhejiang.

According to business registration information, Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management is 100% controlled by CZBANK, with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan.

It is reported that, upon announcing its opening, Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management has already clarified product distribution cooperation intentions with 8 distribution partners. In addition, Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management also announced the establishment of the "Common Prosperity" financial advisory studio.

Lu Jianqiang, chairman of the Financial Services Committee of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Financial Services Committee"), and secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of CZBANK, stated that the opening of Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management has laid a significant foundation for financial support in the construction of the common prosperity demonstration zone. Zhejiang Yin Wealth Management will actively practice benevolent finance, adhere to finance for the people, explore the establishment of an assessment and evaluation mechanism linked to investors' interests, and allocate part of the management fees for charitable purposes, thereby increasing the property income of urban and rural residents through multiple channels
