According to Jinshi Data on February 21, the Hong Kong stock market closed with the Hang Seng Index rising by 3.99% and the Tech Index rising by 6.53%. Most sectors in the market were in the green, with technology stocks performing strongly and leading the market. Alibaba (09988.HK) rose by about 15%, Lenovo Group (00992.HK) rose by about 15%, and Bilibili (09626.HK) rose by over 16%. The three major telecom operators saw widespread gains, with China Unicom (00762.HK) rising by about 16%, China Telecom (00728.HK) rising by over 12%, and China Mobile (00941.HK) rising by about 3%
