# 巴西的 Totvs 退出了收购 StoneCo 旗下 Linx 的竞争性流程

圣保罗，2 月 27 日（路透社）- 巴西软件公司 Totvs（TOTS3.SA）周四表示，根据证券文件，它已决定退出收购 StoneCo（STNE.O）旗下 Linx 的竞争过程。

Totvs 没有提供关于这一决定的进一步细节。

路透社援引消息人士报道，支付公司 StoneCo 对迄今为止收到的六份非约束性报价并不满意。
