# CETCCST received a cumulative increase of 0.87% in shares from its shareholder, CETC Investment

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CETCCST (002268.SZ) announced that on March 7, 2025, the company received a notice from its concerted actor, CETC Investment, regarding a change in equity that reached 1%. From October 19, 2024, to the close on March 7, 2025, CETC Investment has cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 7,331,967 shares through the centralized bidding method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital, with an increased share amount of 131 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
