# 蔚来被曝裁员 10%

> 蔚来公司上周进行了约 10% 的裁员，涉及多个部门，包括 UR Fellow、PT 能源部门、NIO House 运营及售后服务团队。裁员主要集中在销售团队和服务板块，部分地区裁员比例差异较大，如深圳地区 UR Fellow 团队裁员比例达到 50%。裁员流程迅速，部分员工在 20 分钟内完成交接。

上周蔚来对 UR Fellow、PT 能源部门、NIO House 运营、售后门店等多部门及终端销售团队进行了不同程度的裁员调整，提供赔偿及调岗等裁员方案。 此次裁员计划的重心除锁定在销售团队外，还将矛头指向了一直以来内部最重视的服务板块，涉及 UR Fellow 部门、NIO House、售后门店等售后服务部门。 多位知情员工表示此次裁员比例应该在 10% 左右，不同地区会有一定差异。上海地区的 UR Fellow 部门团队总人数为 80 人左右，此次裁员优化掉 7 至 8 人，裁员比例在 10%，而深圳地区的 UR Fellow 团队裁员比例达到 50%，部分被撤裁员工离开后已入职到目前正在建设用户服务的小米汽车。 蔚来员工表示，此次裁员的流程非常迅速，部分接受 n+1 赔偿方案的员工从通知到完成交接，仅过了 20 分钟。
