# U.S. stock market early trading: Nasdaq up 1.6%, tech stocks broadly rise, Tesla up about 6%

At the beginning of the U.S. stock market, the Dow Jones rose by 0.4%, and the S&P 500 index futures rose by nearly 1%. Technology stocks generally rose, with NVIDIA up about 5%; Intel also rose about 5%, as reports indicated that TSMC suggested investing in Intel's joint wafer fabrication plant to NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom. Chinese concept stocks generally fell, with XPeng down about 5% and Bilibili down about 5%. Data shows that the U.S. February CPI was significantly below expectations
