在一段新的 YouTube 视频中，本杰明·考恩告诉他的 886,000 名订阅者，可能需要在货币政策上进行一些改变，以便 ETH 与比特币（BTC）的图表能够触底。

考恩指出，ETH 在 2019 年跌破其对美元的支撑位，就在美联储结束量化紧缩之前。
