# Essential Properties Realty Trust 启动普通股公开发行

> Essential Properties Realty Trust 已启动 800 万普通股的公开发行，承销商有权额外购买 120 万股。所得款项将用于一般企业用途。此次发行与预计与富国银行证券和美国银行证券的前期销售协议相关。公告发布后，股价在盘后交易中下跌了 2.3%

Essential Properties Realty Trust 周二表示，它已启动一项以预售方式承销的 800 万股公开发行，涉及预期的前期销售协议。

该公司预计将与 Wells Fargo Securities 和 BofA Securities 签订这些协议，这两家公司是此次发行的承销商。

Essential Properties 表示，承销商将有 30 天的选择权，可以额外购买最多 120 万股。

该公司表示，计划将前期销售协议结算的任何净收益贡献给其运营合伙企业，以换取 OP 单位，这些单位将用于一般企业用途。

Essential Properties 的股票在盘后交易中下跌了 2.3%。
