# 渣打银董事长 将由陈铭侨接掌

> 渣打银行宣布，陈铭侨将接任董事长一职，此人事任命需经主管机关核备。董事会于 18 日全体一致通过该任命，继去年总经理由韩德圣更换为邢保利后，再次迎来董事长的变动。

渣打银 19 日公布，在台董事长异动，董事会最新通过推选陈铭侨担任董事长，该人事选任案还需要经过主管机关核备。渣打银 18 日董事会会议，全体出席董事一致通过推选陈铭侨担任渣打银董事长。

渣打银去年总经理异动，总经理由韩德圣（Ian Charles Anderson）变更为邢保利，董事长今年再迎来异动，由禤惠仪改为陈铭侨接任，渣打银指出，该人事案由 3 月 18 日董事会第 21 次会议，全体出席董事一致通过推选，此选任案待主管机关核备。
