# 长和盘中飙涨近 4% 至逾一周高位，投资者乐见出售港口交易推进

香港富商李嘉诚旗下综合企业–长和 (0001.HK) 周三盘中飙涨 3.9% 至 46.8 港元，为 3 月 18 日以来最高。

彭博新闻报导，据称长和将继续推进巴拿马港口交易。

一名分析师表示，基于出售港口的交易能为公司带来超过 190 亿美元的现金收入等利好，投资者乐见交易继续进行。

长和本月稍早与贝莱德-TiL 财团达成原则性协议，向对方出售和记港口的资产以及两个巴拿马港口，总企业价值为 228 亿美元，相关文件将在 4 月 2 日或之前签订。
