# 欧科云链委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为新核数师

> 欧科云链宣布，国卫会计师事务所同意辞任公司核数师，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效。董事会根据审核委员会的推荐，决定委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为新核数师，任期至下届股东周年大会结束。

智通财经 APP 讯，欧科云链 (01499) 发布公告，经公司就建议更换核数师与国卫会计师事务所有限公司沟通后，国卫已同意辞任公司核数师，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效。  

经审核委员会推荐，董事会已议决根据公司组织章程细则第 176(a) 条委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为公司新核数师，以填补国卫辞任后的临时空缺，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
